RETURN POLICY

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Vintage clothing

  • Jewelry

  • Fragrance

  • Accessories

Due to their unique or personal nature, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

 

NEW CLOTHING

New clothing is eligible for a size exchange (same style/color only) or store credit if the size is unavailable, within 7 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Original tags are attached

  • Digital receipt is required as proof of purchase

  • Item is unworn and in original condition

  • No visible makeup stains, deodorant marks, or signs of wear

If your desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a gift card.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

Customers are responsible for return shipping on online orders. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
