What is your return/exchange policy?

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES.

If your product arrives damaged or with significant defects not mentioned in the product description, let us know. Vintage items may show signs of age-related wear, which we strive to clearly describe and display in photos.

If your item is broken or severely damaged upon arrival, kindly attach photos to your email.

Depending on the situation, we will offer either store credit or a refund.

When will my order ship?

All items will be shipped within 3-4 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship international?

We only ship to the US. If you are international and want to purchase a vintage item, please email hello@shopmarie.co and ask for a custom rate.
